Release of Mortgaged securities
An Investor should complete and sign a Mortgage Release Form in triplicate and deliver the Forms to the lender to obtain the lender’s signatures.
The Investor shall, thereafter, handover duly completed and signed Mortgage Release Forms to a CSD Member who will through the CSDR process release of mortgaged securities.
