AGM Management Services

CSDR provides wide-ranging services for Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings to ensure smooth engagement of the issuer with its shareholders. The CSDR is capable to perform various services at the General Meetings as follows:

Attendance Registration

The CSDR provide an AGM management system that is directly linked to the register system. This allows correct and update statistical reporting during an AGM. The attendance registration system is built in a way that it prevents double registration.

Polling Management

The CSDR’s polling management module provides an efficient way and accurate polling during an AGM. The poll returns are provided the same day.
