Mortgage of Securities
The investor can use his/ her security holdings to borrow funds from banks or any other financial institutions. The investor should complete and sign Mortgage Request form in triplicate and Mortgage of share Transfer Forms (one copy) and deliver the forms to the lender to obtain the lender’s signature.
The investor shall, thereafter, handover duly completed and signed Mortgage Request Form and Mortgage of Shares Transfer Form to the CSD Member. A list on CSD Members can be obtain through the following link, http://www.csdr.co.tz/content/csd-member-list
